About the property

This 7th floor luxurious and comfortable corner condo has 1,965 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and three bathrooms PLUS a large balcony with unobstructed views of the gulf which can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. This condo, with open floor plan that flows from kitchen and dining rooms to living room, is beautifully decorated and includes all the comforts of home. Gorgeous wood-grain tile throughout living areas and bathrooms, and new vinyl planking floors in bedrooms. Lovely Plantation Shutters throughout. Free WI-FI!

The family room is comfortably decorated with tasteful furniture, a cozy rug and a flat screen TV with DVD player. The sofa will open to a double bed. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances, including an under-counter ice maker and all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. Plenty of room in the walk-in pantry! There is a cozy bistro table in the kitchen that seats two. The dining room table accommodates six comfortably with additional kitchen bar seating for four, and the balcony table seats six at the table with a great view. The large master bedroom has a newly remodeled master bath with new cabinets, granite counter tops and a larger shower. The beds have all new mattresses, and a pack-n-play crib is available for infants.

PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. Each vehicle parked on property will need to purchase a Parking Pass.

The condo was lovely, very well kept and had absolutely everything one would need for the stay. Lots of personal touches too. Will definitely be booking again here next year. Staff was very friendly and the entire process (booking, checking in) was efficient and easy.

The rooms was extremely nice with an amazing view. The beds were comfortable, there was every item we needed and there was a Walmart across the street, which was convenient to get needed items during the week. The beach access was private, bonus, and the pools were always clean. Security staff was extremely friendly as well. Overall this was one of the best condos we stayed in.
PSA...do not try to overnight park at Walmart, they will tow you.

We have been to Sea Chase many times and this was the nicest condo we have rented. The staff no matter if office or building maintenance were great. Although this was first trip that those around the pools late at night would keep you awake that has never been the case before.

We love staying at this condo. We had stayed here several years ago and is under new ownership.Thank you for your Christian vibe:) Kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. The couch is not comfortable, which is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Thank you and we will return.

Overall Comment

Overall the stay was good. However, I was very disappointed in the price hike for extra vehicles. We used to pay $20 per extra car and this time it was $40. We were also told that next time we cannot have a third vehicle. Since we are driving in from separate cities this is not an option for us. I did not like the idea that we were expected to sign our lease agreement online before arrival.

The maintenance department was extremely nice. They called me ahead of time to let me know they needed to do something to the tub. Then someone called to let me know I had a flat tire on my car. The maintenance and security people went above and beyond.

Family Thanksgiving 2017

We had a great time and love are rental 0701E. Everything waas as promised. The only problem was the tubs were very slick and my daughter-in-law fell and brused her ribs the day after Thanksgiving. The tubs needs safety strips in them. Other than that mishap everything was great. Looking forward to next year.

We love Sea Chase condos. This is our second year to stay at this location and it is wonderful and convenient. We enjoy having access to 4 pool and hot tubs. They are always clean. All of the renters/residents are nice and respectful. the location is very convenient to Wal Mart and several restaurants and bars. Very family friendly, beach is always clean and so nice. The Perdido Beach rentals always do an excellent job with our chair rentals (especially Kai)
