Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum
The Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum was built in 1859, is an active U.S. Coast Guard, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This historic attraction features educational exhibits, a fully restored Keepers' Quarters, and the Richard C. Callaway Museum. Exhibits include the History of Illumination, the Women Who Lit the Way, the Industries of Pensacola, the historic Oil Shed, and the Living History series.
The Pensacola Lighthouse and Museum also features events throughout the year to experience the site in a new way. You can watch the iconic Blue Angels practice, attend holiday events, and even witness paranormal activity. The Pensacola Lighthouse has been named one of the most haunted lighthouses in America, visited by the Travel Channel and SciFi's Ghost Hunters.
