The unit was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the location was great. The property is across the street from Walmart and a few minutes from Publix. The is our second vacation at SeaChase. The property grounds are well maintained. The only recommendation I would suggest is consider a secure method of obtaining rental information. A gmail account and a unsecure text does not protect personal data.

I am sorry you did not like the check in procedure. You are always welcomed to come in the office to do check in procedures and recieve the door code. We offer the electronic method to keep you from having to come in the office and it offers you after office hours to check in. Next time just let us know you want to complete when you arrive.

Highly recommend Seachase for an enjoyable stay at beautiful Orange Beach!! Condo was lovely with comfortable furnishings and a fully appointed kitchen. Facility staff is always accommodating and responds to any and all needs in a timely manner.

Although there are not as many pictures of this unit, we were very pleased with it. Nice furniture, well stocked kitchen and 2 ice makers. I would definitely recommend this unit.

I like the neutral palette of the condo. Nice place.
Shower was nice and clean, (no mold). The staff was exceptional!
The floors needed a good cleaning, however.
Overall, a great stay!

I love staying at SeaChase. The only suggestions we have are to have some coffee filters in the rental and to work on the TV's. The remotes didn't turn on the TV or control the volume at all. There were also hoards of biting flies that I have never experienced in Orange Beach and some extermination would have been nice around the outdoor pools and hot tubs. It could have been from Ian as well not sure

A relaxing Home away from Home

The rental property was lovely. Clean, comfortable, relaxing feel to condo set up. Everyone on property (staff and workers) were friendly and helpful. You never can know about the guest that will be there when you was wonderful...such lovely people.
Only one problem over the week was that we often had to deal with having only one working elevator. That's rough when you are on the 11th floor.

Seachase is the best. However Unit 1103W lacked many things we are used to having. Super nice condo but no amenities at all. Very disappointing.
