Condo was in a great location; clean, well equipped, and the grounds were well maintained/manicured. The only complaint is that the small bathroom plumbing was off...cold was hot & hot water was cold!

First family beach trip!

This was our first vacation as a family of 3. We put a lot of effort into finding the right property to accommodate us and our little one. It certainly paid off at Seachase. We loved our condo and the grounds. The indoor pool was so helpful on rainy days and the proximity to the ocean made it easy to run to and from the ocean during short bursts of sunshine.

Management was also helpful. We were able to get into our unit early and they coordinated with our BabyQuip team to allow them into the unit to set up before our arrival.

We stayed at 203C and the property was great. The beds were very comfortable and the clean. Although one of the pools were out of service the rest of the property was great.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit and at the Seachase condo. The unit was tastefully decorated and had plenty of space of our family of 5. We also enjoyed using several of the available pools, hot tubs and splash pad. The location of Seachase was super convenient to stores/restaurants. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely professional, pleasant and polite. We love this condo amd are looking forward to returning next year

This condo was very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. Excellent views of the beach and great security. It was easy to check in and check out. It was also close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

Great time at SeaChase!

We really enjoyed ourselves at SeaChase! Our room was very nice and in a great location. We did have a few problems with the room but they were not deal breakers. The air was locked on 72 and it was very hot. None of the ceiling fans would turn all the way up to high so that didn't help matters. The hot water was short-lived and the hall bathroom was VERY slow draining. The king-size bed was super comfortable!

We had a good stay. We did find some things like under the couch and bed from previous renters. There wasn’t enough hot water during showers and the dryer doesn’t dry real good. Otherwise it was good.

We stayed at Sea Chase for 11 nights. Everything was great. We’ve stayed at Sea Chase several times in the past including being on the 16th floor when Hurricane Sally hit in 2020. It is by far our favorite place to stay in Orange beach. We’ve always had a great experience dealing with Aronov staff and Jesse from Security is great.

SeaChase is absolutely lovely. The condos, pool, view and beach are top notch. The office staff bends over backwards for guests’ comfort and ease at check-in. The extra precautions due to COVID were much appreciated. Proximity to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants is very convenient. Guests were polite and courteous at the three pools, and grounds were beautifully manicured. A gated property, it was a safe feeling. Our new favorite vacation spot.

Escape to paradise with beautiful views and luxurious amenities

Upon arrival we were greeted by the welcoming security staff at the guard
house. We arrived early am on Saturday and security officer Jessie was very helpful and encouraged us to use the amenities while waiting to check into the condo. This was the first visit for our family at SeaChase, Orange Beach and would like to advise other first time renters *please note your condo will NOT be available until 5:00 pm . It was 4:45 that afternoon and I still hadn’t received a call from the office staff as promised to let us know the condo was cleaned and ready. After not hearing anything I called and glad I did because the office closes at 5:00, no key??
A note to Aronov-SeaChase. There is a real need and terrific opportunity to coach the staff in the office. The ladies that greeted us that Saturday morning were NOT friendly or welcoming! It felt as if we were intruding on their morning coffee! As a first time visitor, their attitude was not what we consider acceptable southern hospitality . After all a SMILE cost nothing and goes a long way.
When we first walked in the unit we were pleasantly surprised at the space in the condo! This unit boast over 1300 square feet and when traveling with children this is a real benefit. Beautifully decorated too with everything you need to be extremely comfortable during the stay. Extra blankets were a huge bonus and I cannot compliment the patio furniture enough! This patio gives a perfect ocean view as well as perfect proximity to the zero entry pool, splash pad, and kiddie pool.
The entire property is very well laid out, all the amenities are within walking distance. Perfect beach proximity too! The indoor pool was wonderful for those rainy days or just to escape from the heat of the sun.
We enjoyed the property so much we stayed an extra day! Karen was wonderful to help arrange the extended time and I would recommend speaking with her as she was delightful! Thank you Karen.

Our stay was nice minus the worry about hurricane Michael. The rental is nice and we enjoyed the ice maker in the room especially when we were going to the beach and pool. The toilets ran constantly and there was some extra cleaning that could’ve been done but the condo was well furnished and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Pool was a little chilly and hard to swim in and could be used to be heated a little but they have an indoor pool as well that is heated.

Amazing! Looking forward to staying again in0203C. Perfect location and what made it more pleasant was having an ice machine in the room. If possible, would suggest allowing small pets and adding a pet fee for the time renters are staying.
