This was our First Time at SeaChase but it will not be our last. The comdo was very beautiful and the view from the large windows was breath taking. No need to go down to the beach. The beach was right there with us. The best beach experience we had in a long time.

We loved our stay at SeaChase! The condo is beautifully furnished, clean, and so spacious. We had four teenagers and two adults with sports equipment and floats and just stuff galore, but we never felt cramped. Everything was just wonderful. This condo did not disappoint!

We absolutely loved our stay at 301W! With being a corner unit, it had a spectacular view! We loved the updated decor and it was very clean overall. It has a quick & easy access to the pool area and beach. In the past, we've stayed at other complexes that required you to walk through long hallways etc. to access the elevator/stairs, which can be a pain especially when you have young kids. That was not the case here! We hope to stay here again in the future!

We loved this unit at Sea Chase. We went for Spring Break with a group of friends/seniors who rented other units; ours was the best decorated, most modern and just beautiful. 5 stars for sure. The only negative is that there are really only the basics provided. You’ll be spending some money on TP, hand soap, paper towel, garbage bags etc., but there’s a Walmart right across the street and in easy walking distance. The beaches were beautiful, palm trees all lit up at night for a resort-like experience. Would definitely be back and rent this unit. Unit is exactly as described and pictured.

This condo was updated with beautiful furnishings and decor. The view is fantastic from the balcony. The pools and grounds were always clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the SeaChase this year. Especially our accommodations in room 301W. The view of the pool and the ocean is perfect. The grounds, the pools, and the indoor facilities are always kept very clean. Feel very safe staying here.

We have stayed at numerous places in OB and this was one of the best experiences we have had. Everything from the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the unit. The condo was fully equipped and didn't have any “they need one of these” comments. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our condo was the perfect location for pool and beach views. This is our second stay in 301W. This condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. Seachase complex was immaculately clean and very well kept. We will be booking same condo for 2023. Orange Beach is our favorite beach and you can’t beat Seachase for your home away from home!

This condo was decorated beautifully and extremely clean. The ceiling to floor windows gave us constant views of the sea. There was ample seating in the living area giving all of our family a comfortable place to sit. The condo was conveniently located near two grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!!

We were completely satisfied with the location, decor, and cleanliness of 301W. Small disappointments included not enough towels and a front door that would not shut completely without pushing and pulling. Our biggest issue was the fact that workers were working on and around the patio everyday beginning at 8:00. This made sitting on the porch to drink coffee or read virtually impossible. We paid to much money to have that inconvenience. Not to mention the sounds of those drills and saws they used to cut on the bannisters and plaster. Loved the room though!

The drain in the secondary bathroom tub was not functional and we had to purchase a rubber stopper in order to use the tub as a tub instead of a shower. I would also like to say that I was. very pleased with the way the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. Good job! Also, the air conditioning thermostat was not functional part of the time and kept asking for data entry but would not accept it. I would have a service man take a look at this.

This unit was well-suited for our needs. Main living room and kitchen area spacious and easily accommodated our large family gathering. Location (proximity to beach and main pool) was perfect! Parking was a challenge at times due to construction in progress on the property, but Seachase managed that well. Proximity to several grocery stores (directly across the street) definitely a MAJOR plus in light of parking challenges. Property managers and security personnel were especially helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation at this unit! The location was perfect and the condo was very spacious for 2 families of 4. The wrap around porch gives you great views of beach and pool! We would love to stay in this condo again!

We've stayed in this unit for the past four years and each time is a little better than the last. Overall, this year was no different. the only small draw back was that the back two bedrooms didn't seem to stay cool. But, we'll be back.

Fabulous time in Orange Beach. We loved working with Karen at SeaChase, she made all the arrangements simple and easy. The condos we rented were GREAT!!! Clean, peaceful and beautiful. Was hard leaving them and their fantastic view. Definitely will stay in them again if available. SeaChase is wonderful and we will always stay with them!!!!

301W is a very beautiful condo. Richly styled with wood flooring, kitchen appliances and cabinets with granite counter tops. Master bath amazing.
Recliner could use upgrade. Views from balcony were incredible. Balcony furniture not suitable for anyone with knee problems or physical limitations. No seating as seen in online photos for short people.

It was just my mom, my sister, and myself....girls getaway! We walked the beach and found seashells. Laid by the pool, laid on the beach. Had everything we needed. Great places to eat fresh seafood! Beautiful condo well supplied. Will definitely come back here!!!!
