We spent our family Spring Break at SeaChase. This was our first time in Orange Beach, AL and we loved it. The condo unit is very nice. There was plenty of space for the kids, plenty of necessities to cook and eat, and the view from the balcony was exceptional. The entire SeaChase complex was in great condition. There are multiple hot tubs, pools, and paths to the beach. We have no complaints at all and we plan to rent the same unit again for next Spring Break.

Good time. Condo was ready earlier than expected, clean, and conveniently located. Plenty of towels available. The kitchen was well stocked with flat warm and cooking utensils. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Sea Chase. The lady that helped us book our stay was great! Everything was clean! We enjoyed 303C and we will be back! It is right across the road from 3 grocery stores, in the middle of restaurants. Location was perfect!

We loved the large common space at SeaChase. Our condo decor was older but still tasteful and well maintained. Master bath was HUGE. Overall a great unit with awesome views. The pools were perfect as well-love the infinity edge as well as the zero entry option. Pleased with property management and their handling of the rental. Called us after check in to make sure all was well. Nice to have a door code vs a key to keep up with. First time at SeaChase but definitely not our last!

Our place was great! This unit provides everything you need combined with comfortable beds, beautiful decor and great beach access. Seachase has multiple, well maintained, beautiful pools in addition to the gorgeous stretch of beach. The Seachase staff and security staff were friendly and helpful. Best vacation experience in years! We highly recommend this!

The rental was clean, but the kitchen amenities could be improved such as some large plastic drinking glasses and scissors.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Having not been on a vacation in 4 yrs we couldn’t wait to get our feet in the sand! We choose Seachase Resort 2 days before we left Ga as we were praying for a break in the rain and we got lucky. 5 days of glorious weather. So.... Now let me share my observations of the condo and the resort. The Resort is very well maintained. Parking is available on site for each building. The grounds are very nice. Pools were always clean. Carts for luggage were always available. Elevators are fast and huge bonus there is foam hand sanitizer in each elevator. All the employees were helpful and the security guard was great with any questions we had. Now about our condo.... 303c is located in a great spot for easy access to the elevator and access to the beach ramp. The condo design itself is great. The owners have lots of little xtras to help enjoy your stay. Ice Maker in the wet bar was great idea! Bed in master was comfy and bathroom was huge. It was just my husband and I so we never even went in guest room but it has 2 twin beds. These are the Pros of the condo.
The Cons.... This condo needs updated very bad. The minute we opened the door the smell of old house hit us right in the face. We brought with us our own linens and cleaning products in preparation for our stay so that helped us with the odor. Biggest solution to updates here is removing the faded stained light blue carpet everywhere in condo but front door area. The colors and wallpaper is a matter of preference. Cabinets are old and could be replaced as well but truly it’s the carpet that is the problem. The rest is tolerable. Now .... Cons about pricing.... The price for this Condo was very fair.... UNTIL.... The over 500$ in Fees an Taxes are added in. This brought our total to far more than we felt was fair based on the outdated condo we rented. . All in All the choices are optional when vacationing. Would we stay in 303c again? If updated and pri

I was so pleased with Seachase. The Condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Looked exactly like the images on the website. The property was also beautiful, spotless and well taken care of. The only problem we had was there were fire ants every day by the pool. The first day we told the office and someone came out immediately and sprayed. But they continued to be out there everyday. My daughter and I were both stung by them. That is my only complaint, I hoped to go back there again.

Seachase is perfectly located. Wal Mart, Rouse's, and Publix across the street. Several nice dining options in the immediate area.
Also, it is not a large complex. Their beach is not overcrowded like the taller buildings.
There are different pool options. They were really nice.
The unit was very nice. Master bath was exceptional with a shower and a whirlpool bath. The large ice machine in the unit was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would do different next time is select a unit with larger living room furniture. Not the most comfortable.
Bottom line is the kids had a blast and Momma was happy. You can't go wrong with Seachase.

We had a very nice condo! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated! It was very clean and comfortable! Wonderful kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living area! Lots of storage and space! Loved it and will definitely go back! Everyone was super helpful!

We love staying a SeaChase. We actually visited another rental location this year in order to compare and found it to be more expensive and less satisfying overall. We will continue to enjoy the clean condos, beautiful poolside, and convenient beach access of SeaChase.

We have stayed in several different condos along the gulf side of Florida from Sarasota to Ft Walton Beach. Seachase is by far the best condo we’ve stayed at. The condo was big and the view was amazing. We loved the spacious balcony that gave us a great view of the beach in both directions. The gated community made us feel very safe. The pools were amazing. The lighting at night made a spectacular site.
We will definitely return.

We have been staying at Seachase for several years and highly recommend it. It is convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We have always had wonderful condos and the staff is great. The pools and grounds are well maintained and the beach has always been clean. Every condo we have stayed in has had well equipped kitchens which is a big plus for cooking that fresh seafood.

We could not have picked a more appropriate place to meet our needs. We had an elderly person with us who could sit on the balcony and view everyone in our group!!! Condo provided more than enough of EVERYTHING!!!! I want this very condo next visit!
