Sea Chase has been a treasured family get-a-way over the years. We visited for 14 years while our three children were growing up and we have returned now as grandparents as our children want their children to have this same family vacation time. We always find Sea Chase safe, very clean, quiet in the evenings, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the most family friendly atmosphere. We come to relax, we don't want day camps, kid activities and crowded spaces everywhere we go. It's the perfect place for a family that wants to have quality family time just to enjoy being together in the beautiful setting.

Same as last year everything was perfect from the time we walked in. Everything was clean and our family all commented on how great it smelled. A perfect location to just relax and do absolutely nothing. We plan to make this our yearly destination.

This was our family’s first stay at SeaChase and we can’t say enough good things about the complex and our 303W unit. The SeaChase grounds were impeccably clean and the pools were amazing. You really felt like you could be at a high end tropical resort. My kids loved the variety of pools and the splash pad. Our unit was so beautifully decorated, the location is super convenient with a short walk to the elevator and the beach, and our family appreciated the details the owner placed in making sure you had all the luxuries of home. We will definitely be returning to SeaChase and 303W!

Very clean-spotless! And oh that view of the water and the waves, we even saw dolphins! Very nice unit right on the beach, highly recommend. However, this location requires getting in the car for meals, shopping, etc. We prefer to walk, and leave the car parked, that would be the only drawback.

Fourth year at Sea Chase and great as could be. Kids Wedding in March so we had to shorten this years stay.Weather was cool but still got golf and walks on the beach in. Sea Chase was very good again, from security to everyone else working here,always a greeting and smile when you see them.

Disappointed, second year we have stayed in the unit. Couldn’t wait to come back this year but clearly SeaChase was not ready for guests with the same level of service as before. We expected less based on hurricane damage, but it was nothing close to what we experienced before. Only one elevator working with no attempt to fix while we were there. Grounds, hall ways and elevator were filthy. Sprinklers were set to go off at 5 pm everyday and along west tower walkways. Not enough parking! The grounds looked very minimal as far as landscaping from last year. We had no blankets for foldout couch, needed more towels and patio furniture was chipped with only 4 chairs with the unit advertised accommodation for 6. Unit felt like it needed a good airing out. We still had a great time and the unit fit our needs, overall some tlc will return seachase to the place we fell in love with!

We stayed the winter of 2020, in Unit 303W at Seachase in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit was absolutely perfect! We loved the location; the staff; the amenities; and the upkeep of the entire grounds and buildings. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed!!!!!

Stay went exactly as planned! Was a little bummed to find out that the outdoor pools weren't heated, but we made the best of it!
Amenities were exactly what we needed for two families with small children. Didn't have to worry about anything during our stay that was out of the ordinary.

We have stayed at SeaChase several times and have a week scheduled in July for our entire family. As always the property is in great shape and we enjoyed our stay. I only have one complaint. On Sunday morning March 31 I was stuck in one of the elevators for over 1 hour. The elevator company came and got the door open. The emt's, fire dept and repairman were all very nice. I really expected someone to contact me from Sea Chase to have contacted me or our family to see if I was ok after the incident. We were there two more days and not one person contacted our room to ask about what happened

We had a wonderful week at Seachase, the condo we chose was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The pools were wonderful and welcoming, especially with the crazy hot weather we experienced. This is our 10th time staying at Seachase, and we can't wait to come back!

We felt truly at home here in 303W. It was beautifully decorated and not over done with durable furniture even for a one year old. We let our grandson roam free around the condo and was not worried about him breaking any staple pieces. Thank you to the owners of 303W for opening up their personal condo for rentals. We definitely will be renting this unit again in the future.

The condo was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was very well-stocked with all of the dishes, pots and pans we needed for cooking for the week! The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We’re planning on staying again next year! The only thing I would change is where the modem is plugged in in the bedroom. It’s on the floor next to the bed. Nobody told us that we had to keep the light switch in the on position so that we would not shut off the Internet. I think maybe that’s the only thing they need to address.

We had a quick stay at Seachase, room 303W, very impressed with the facilities and location. We have been going to Fla for over 40 years, it was a nice change of pace at this location. Our room was perfect, spacious and great location. We are going back in July.
