The property was clean and the staff of this property was extremely helpful! The location was right in the middle of all nearby attractions and right across the street from shopping. If you have small children this place is great because of the splash pad and kiddie pool. The pool and beach space for this property was big enough that neither was crowded.

We had a great stay at seachase. Condo space was accommodating to our large family & the grounds / pools were well kept! Aronov was also great to work with while making our reservation & during our stay. I would book again!

it was the last one available so my expectations were low. this was a good condo. furniture not worn out. beds were fine. good water pressure in showers. good location near elevators--no noise issues. nice pools. good beach access. all good.

Can't argue that we're not shiny and new like some of the recent developments in Orange Beach but, our views are gorgeous and our pool area is one of the prettiest in the area. Great Location, but needs some maintenance

The grounds were nice, the room location was great! The kitchen was stocked well with with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and plastic containers! The room can use some maintenance, not the most well kept. Grounds are nice, pool area & walkways can use a little more lighting for nighttime.

We had a great time at the Sea Chase. The facilities were well taken care of, except for our dishwasher, but they were supposedly fixing the missing wheels and screws when we left. The location was perfect and the swimming pools and tennis court appreciated. The beach was very clean and fun to enjoy.
