Family Fall Vacation 2024 Orange Beach

Overall the condo could use some maintenance and updating. Master bathroom needs more ventilation. Master bedroom mattress slept good. Bed frame was larger than mattress and kept hitting my leg.
Living area was fine and comfortable.
Kitchen could use a few more smaller knives,and some more utensils. Also some non scratch spatulas and spoons for cookware. Oils use some plastic bowls w/lids and a cookie sheet.
Other two bedrooms could definitely use a change out of mattress protection covers and new sheets.
Hall bathroom toilet doesn’t flush good at all. Hot water heater ran out of water for showers so had to take showers in cycles which made it where you had to do more planning for going out to dinner. However the hot water temp would scald you and did a could have times. So temp could use lowering. Above and next door neighbors were pretty noisy the 2weeks we were there.
We love Orange Beach and try our best to stay at Seachase if we can afford it. Seems like prices are climbing higher than other condos in the area.
I have stayed in all 3 complexes now and more than likely will not stay in C complex again. I think I like E best but not sure there are any 3 bedroom units.

Everything was great. Didn't get to go parasailing, but that was just a byproduct of having rough water. Everything at the condo was wonderful and extremely quiet.

This corner unit was an incredible deal for our latest week in October! The condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. The owner had beautiful poetry on display that perfectly described the peach and change of seasons for beach dwellers! Would love into this peaceful abode in a heartbeat!

We fell in love with SeaChase a few years ago and have continued to stay here every time we come to Orange Beach. The grounds are immaculate the condominiums are clean and updated and the office staff is second to none! Best family resort condominiums in the area in my opinion!

Fabulous week at SeaChase

We had a delightful stay in 601C. The condo was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The agent that helped me with booking was so helpful in checking me in early since no one was there the previous week! I would definitely select this condo again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Sea Chase and in this condo. This is our 2nd stay at Sea Chase in the last year and this condo had a great view and was clean. Would have liked to have a bit more stocked for our use in terms of kitchen staples like salt and pepper, dish soap and cooking spray. Would have loved access to a few beach chairs, sand toys or umbrellas for the beach. The outside pools were chilly late March/early April, but the indoor pool, hot tubs and sunshine on the beach made for a great trip.

We enjoyed 601C at SeaChase this past week. Pretty furnishings, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views. I also enjoyed all of the beach artwork that probably was painted by the owner. Everything was clean and up to date. Had a great time!

Great fall break stay at 601C. We've stayed at a number of condos at Seachase over the years and this one is at the top of the list. The microwave door handle was cracked but still functional.We alerted management and they were already aware and said a replacement was coming soon.

Our school system in GA started doing a full week off at the end of September for "Fall Break" a few years back. This is a great time to visit Orange Beach...beaches/restaurants/etc are not crowded and the ocean water is still nice and warm. This was our first time at Sea Chase and we will definitely be back. Unlike most condo rentals, Sea Chase has more of a resort feel with the onsite security guard, work out center, and the awesome multiple pools and hot tubs. Our unit was very comfortable and spacious....a great time was had by all.
