The condo was nice. Everything was clean, and my family enjoys staying at the seachase property. However, we have a baby and the noise from the condo above is unreal. You can hear doors opening, people moving around, etc. It gets really annoying after while. If I’m going to pay the money for a condo, I really don’t want to hear the people above me.

We stayed here last week and this condo was clean, relaxing and decorated to feel like home. The view is unforgettable! We got married on the beach, staff were very helpful and accommodating to our guest. Love this condo and would love to come stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and are truly grateful to rent at SeaChase. The condo was a little worn out in some respects, but understandably so with many rentals and considering usage. Updating skillets, can opener, leather chair (SO nice to have but worn out)and having housecleaning clean around kitchen sink and shower grout better would make customer stay more comfortable. Overall, beautiful condo and resort is one of a kind. Thank you.

We have stayed in many condos over 15 plus years the Sea Chase overall site and staff are the best. I would say this condo was our least favorite due to how furniture was layout you never got to enjoy the back window, not a lot of extras in silverware department. I only say this so Sea Chase stays as enjoyable as it always has been but this was first condo we have ever seen a cockroach. None of this put a damper on the trip our entire family goes every year and once I again we had a great time. Thanks Sea Chase.

603E was perfect for our stay in Orange Beach. The facility is beautiful and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Surprising nice touches in the unit such as very clean, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Wine cooler was nice. Enjoyed sunrises. Convenient to everything. Used a couple of Aronov’s complimentary passes for golf. Bed was very comfy. Will definitely rebook for our next trip!

Convenient Location in Orange Beach. The property grounds throughout were very clean and well maintained. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. The condo itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Really gives off beach vibes. There are only a few items that could be improved (however they don’t really affect your stay). The tvs in the bedrooms have no ability to use any streaming services (Netflix, Disney+ etc). We don’t watch traditional tv much. The tv in the main area however can stream. The mattresses throughout are not the most comfortable-but that’s subject to one’s own opinion. Lastly, the patio door from the master was not operable. Would have enjoyed walking out that way as to not disturb the kids. However, those are just suggestions. We would still choose to rent this unit whenever we come back. Loved it. Thank you.

I would certainly recommend Seachase . First of all the reservations people were very helpful and friendly. The on sight staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean comfortable and had a perfect view of the beach. Perfectly located near restaurants and convenient stores.

Overall was an enjoyable stay.
Boardwalk out the beach on the east side needed an additional step as it was difficult to climb up and down when going to the beach.
Rental unit needed plastic storage bowls with lids, refrigerator was not very cold even on the highest setting, and ice maker needed to be repaired or replaced. It obviously had been broken for a long time. Only one elevator was working on check out day and many people were trying to leave at the same time.

Everything was clean,accommodating, and in working order. We liked the decor; comfy furniture inside the unit, well equipped kitchen, extra linens/& towels,available, plus hairdryers. Patio furniture was an asset, but could’ve been more comfortable. We were disappointed we couldn’t open the door that was sauntered shut from the master bedroom. It did not indicate that online and probably would’ve deterred us from staying there. Overall, it was a good experience.

This was our second time to visit SeaChase with our family, but probably about my 12th in my lifetime. For many years of my childhood, my parents took us to the beach each year and SeaChase was a fond memory. My wife and I have tried other places - some newer and more popular, but SeaChase is always consistently GREAT and an excellent value. Now, my family is making their own memories at SeaChase too. Highly recommend!

Great trip, great weather, consistent, great staff. Hate the new road system, But will have to deal with it.
Patio furniture showing its age. Couch needs to be cleaned or a new cover put on it.
Patio door in master bedroom needs lock/handle repaired. Door will not open thus no egress in case of fire. Windows needed cleaning on outside - a normal aspect of being at the beach though.
Furniture good, mattress great, love the remodeled bath and kitchen. Great BBK.

The grounds at Seachase are so impressive which makes an excellent start to your vacation. The condo had tons of upgrades, super comfortable furniture and extremely clean. The property has beautiful pools and good size gym. The location is in the middle of action: walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
