This condo is well equipped with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and all the necessary kitchen items for a great retreat. We have stayed at the Seachase many times and this is our first time to stay in a 2 bedroom/bath. It is a winner.

From the moment we checked in our experience was great. Property was clean and in good condition. The grounds of the property were meticulously manicured. Access to the beach was easy and safe. Our unit was exactly as detailed and was well appointed for a week long stay. I can’t say enough positive about this place. We will certainly return.

We come to Orange Beach about every Fall with our kids. This unit was perfect for us! Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. And that special parking spot was the icing on the cake!! Hope we get this rental every time we come back!!

Was looking for a place in Orange Beach on short notice. Found this great two bedroom two bath condo at sea chase. My first time staying at this condo resort and found it to be very nice. Very mature and well established environment. Condo was roomy and spacious. Very well appointed.

Outstanding! We could not have asked for better accommodations. The condominium was exceptionally clean. The maintenance staff were extremely responsive. The reservation process was fast, easy and the staff were phenomenal. Will definitely stay at SeaChase again.

All in All very good. Toilet kept running in master bath, needs a new flapper valve. Couldn't get sliding door in master bedroom to open. Condo was clean and in pretty good shape otherwise.

This is the second time to stay in this condo. I would request it again. Very well equipped. The furniture and beds very comfortable. Bright, cheerful. I have stayed in several different condos and this is my favorite 2 bedroom. SeaChase is a great location.

This is our third time staying in this unit - we love the location - not too high, not too low. Great balcony light in the morning and during cocktail time before going to dinner. All the comforts you need, just wish we could add a bedroom since our family keeps growing.

We loved sipping coffee in the gliding chairs on the patio overlooking the ocean each morning! The unit is beautifully decorated, and well equipped with any kitchen cooking item you might need for your stay.
The master bath was also a favorite! Loved soaking in the big tub after a long day on the beach.

I've always stayed at Sea Chase for over 30 years and I have never once been disappointed with any unit I have started in. From 3 to 2 bedroom units. They have been equipped well since I,(a male ) do Cook most of the time. All units have supper clean even the smell of things!! In fact I have secured the same unit for next year. I will return!! Hate to go home this March. Enjoy all!! ��

We’ve stayed in five different units at SeaChase over the past 10
years and Unit 604W is one of the best. The unit is very well-equipped, with all the comfort and amenities our family of four needed. We will be coming back to SeaChase this summer and next fall, and if Unit 604W is available for our dates, we will be staying again.

Our recent stay was sub par from past vacations. This was our fourth time staying here and all the other times were top notch. After the past year we’ve all had it was a much needed vacation. Even with the possibilities of construction work on the building, we still chose to come back this year. The construction was supposed to be completed by mid June, it was not completed. But it didn’t effect anything except that our condo came with a garage parking and they were storing building supplies in our spot. Could have offered us another spot in the garage, it was never close to being full. Many times we had to park all the way over by the East tower. The upkeep to the grounds and pools were not what we experienced in the past either. Our condo was nice and had a few flaws like broken or loose tiles on the balcony and in the hall bathroom. One of the west tower elevators was broke down for 5 of the seven days we were there too. The check in time was changed to 5pm due to COVID, but we had the house keeper knocking on the day of check out at 8am. It was like they wanted us there for the shortest amount of time. Too many kids running in and out of the hot tubs. To say the least, I feel I didn’t get what I paid for this time. And talking to other guests, they had a much worse experience than we did.
My family and I have discussed it and we are not sure if we will be returning to the Sea Chase next year and we have told other family members that have stayed here about our most recent visit too. They too were very surprised by our experience.
Like I said before, this was a much needed vacation and it seemed just so so.

Everything about Seachase was great except for the hurricane that forced us to leave early. We had been there less than 48 hours when we made the decision to leave & protect our family. We were very upset, HOWEVER, the management at Seachase was wonderful. They originally let us reschedule our remaining 5 days, but then the area was deemed unsafe by the "higher ups", so we were then given a refund. All in all, it was a great experience & I will definitely stay here again! Condo was clean, beautiful view, fully stocked, fast elevators, the pools were AMAZING.

We had a very enjoyable vacation at Sea Chase. However, we feel we were given very short notice fo having to leave (due to the Virus) not to mention turning off our Internet Service, and our Television the day before we had to leave.

This was a very relaxing vacation! I think it had to do with the timing (early May). So quite. Water in ocean and pool was a little cold and some days were very windy. This is great location and the condo was very nice.

Very relaxing where we stayed. We had a beautiful view of the beach, very quiet area and plenty of things nearby to do, go or see. I highly recommend. Very clean and easy accessibility to the boardwalk and beach.

Great office crew and loved this updated condo, but wish there was a side table and lamp next to large chair in LR.
There are so many great pools for the kids, but I wish one of the pools was designated QUIET POOL or Adults only for the guests that would like a serene area for adult drinks, reading and chatting....hard to enjoy the pool with loud kids. The West Tower pool is very small and would be great for adult gathering. That pool gets VERY noisy because of the enclosed in area. Not everyone has kids and grandkids with them while on vacation!!

Great place friendly staff.
Nice unit clean & able to access shopping & restaurants.
The problem was that we were told that the indoor pool was heated. It was cold.
A we were there in late April so the outdoor pools were real cold. When we booked we were told the indoor pool was heated. By being inside & dome din at times hitting it was not enough. Just dissatisfied on the outcome.

THE CONDO WAS FURNISHED VERY NICE-JUST ONE PROBLEM;
MATTRESS IN SMALL BEDROOM WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

WE NEEDED DURING OUR STAY. VERY HAPPY OVERALL.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a really nice 2 bedroom property. Friends had recommended this place to me and I wasn't disappointed. It's right across the street from Walmart and Dollar General. Great view overlooking the beach and just several steps and you are on the beach.
