We have stayed at SeaChase for about 10 years sans one hurricane. This was first time at this property. Very beautiful. Only thing is kitchen seemed a little slim on items we were used to cooking with. The elevator was a little difficult at times. We love SeaChase and would love to stay here again next year!

Highly recommend this condo + the entire property. Everything was clean & spacious. Easy access to the ocean with a short boardwalk + plenty of pools to choose from- we will stay here again!

I have stayed in 801E for several years during our annual meeting and really like this condo. My experience includes the night hurricane Sally came in right on top of us. Seachase did a great job assisting us in every way they could. They have always provide us with a comfortable place to have our meetings and we have enjoyed all of the accommodations. For this reason we continue to chose them each year.

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for over 20 years. The Sea Chase is by far our favorite lodging! The location is perfect. The amenities are perfect. The site is beautiful.

Great Condo, but COVID Hit

This is a great condo. I only got to stay a few days. Luckily there is a urgent care across the street. COVID hit and headed home. I would highly recommend this condo. I’ll be a back.

Aronov Management is excellent. If you plan to rent a condo unit at SeaChase, I recommend you choose a unit the "on site"management company, Aronov, maintains. Their personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Other management companies also have rental units, but they do NOT have personnel present on site. If a problem develops, you will have to try to get help via a phone call. NOTE: The Aronov staff on site are not permitted to help you if you did not rent through Aronov because the owner of the unit you rented has no contract with Aronov.
The repairs of the buildings after Hurricane Sally in 2020 are ongoing. The workmen were courteous. The pools, decks and landscape are restored and attractive.

Our condo was incredible. The decor and furniture was beautiful, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked.
We requested maintenance twice for small issues. Both times, he arrived in less than 10 minutes and our issues were resolved.

Condo was what I expected and was priced correctly for the offering. As with any condo rental, there are things that could be better but for a beach rental is was old for our family situation.

First time in a unit with this floor plan and we really enjoyed it. Even though the weather was rainy, we did some puzzles, shopped, ate and just relaxed. This is our go-to place in OB!
