Overall a good experience. Nice spacious unit. The reason I choose this unit was the pub height table and chairs on the balcony. You need to sit up higher to see over the rail. Two minor issues; in the main bedroom one of the shutters needs repair, also the bed skirt was torn. Not really a problem but needs attention.

Very family oriented. Our 804W was well maintained and we would rent it again. The staff at Sea Chase are on top of things and are very friendly. Parking was great and just a short walk to the beach. Gotta go again soon. Aronov makes check in a breeze.

We had stayed at this property several times in the past, and always had a great experience. We were lucky enough to find an available week the first of August, and grabbed it. In my haste, I actually booked the trip off by one day. The staff could not have been more accommodating and saved the day!! They found us a place where we could stay, until our actual reservation kicked in. The ladies were amazing and we can't thank you enough. We will see you next year :)

This place was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped. They even had two different types of coffee pots. (One for pods the other for filters). Patio furniture was very nice and view spectacular. So close to the beach! Furniture was upscale. All of it. I’ll pick this place over any others when traveling again.

We had a wonderful stay at SeaChase for spring break! The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The location was perfect, being able to walk to stores, grocery, restaurants etc. Seachase is large enough nothing ever feels crowded with 4 pools and hot tubs! Could not recommend Sea Chase enough-relaxing vacation!

I had 3 days at the beach, just me. It was wonderful! Sea Chase is like home. The condo was good,but would have been better with a stand-alone ice maker. Just wish the second elevator had been working.

Absolutely beautiful view, right on the beach. Condo was nicely decorated and was well set-up with dishes, pans, etc. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The pools and the beach were perfect for the various ages of family who joined us. Everything, inside and out, were immaculately maintained.

I’ve stayed is many of the condos, mainly floors 12 and higher. 804W was a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. I did however miss the built in Ice maker that the other units have but the fridge ice maker did good so we had enough ice. I love the balcony, the kitchen is beautiful, as is the master bathroom. The only thing I can really review as a negative would be the drapes need to go. That needs to be updated. The AC would not get colder then 72 but we were comfortable enough. Besides those two minor details it was great! The property is in wonderful condition and the beach of course just gorgeous. You really won’t be disappointed at SeaChase.

We love SeaChase and love unit 804W. It is decorated so well and the owners keep it nice. It is welcoming and comfortable. Even in the height of summer SeaChase was not overcrowded. We felt we could safely social distance in the elevators, pools and beach.

First stay after living through Sally on west tower 904W. the unit was very description was to have an ice maker at the bar...but did not. Only disappointment...the unit was lovely. So we weathered Claudette...ever thing held together and it was not traumatic like Sally.

The property is nice. You need a key card to get on and off the beach, so there is no riffraff hanging around the swimming pool area. I would recommend this resort for a nice quiet time at the beach. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Overall, well pleased with Sea Chase Condos. 2019 was third year that we stayed with them and have set reservations (Lord willing) for 2020. The accommodations are above average and well kept. The staff is very courteous and has always been very helpful when needed. Sea Chase is most ideally located to suit our needs.

We loved our stay in 804W. It’s even nicer than the website pics! Tastefully decorated in beach colors and decor and was a very comfortable condo. Felt like home. This was one of our favorite units since coming to SeaChase in 2011. We have never stayed anywhere else in Orange Beach except at SeaChase. Beautiful property, great customer service and friendly staff in both the office
and security areas. Thank you for making our anniversary week a special one.

We had such a good time at SeaChase. Everything was wonderful. Our first time at SeaChase but will definitely go back there! The condo 804W had cute and tasteful beachy decorations. Even nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed relaxing under the beach umbrellas, and coffee or wine on our balcony. Our favorite restaurant, after 3 days of seafood was Villiago (Italian) at the Wharf.

This was our first experience in Orange Beach. We were overall very happy with our rental. We loved the layout of the condo, the awesome kitchen/laundry, and most of all, the VIEW. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony (with the exception of all the cigarette smoke from surrounding balconies) and even saw dolphins in the water one morning. Fun pools and can't beat walking right onto the beach. The condo was well-equipped. The main bathroom/shower needs some attention. Would recommend.

We have been snowbirding in the same unit at Sea Chase for the past 2 winters. We have nothing but good to say about the Sea Chase property and our unit, 804W. The property is meticulously maintained and conveniently located across from shopping and dining. Every member of the Sea Chase staff is friendly and helpful. They are like friends now.
