Hubby and I got to experience another great week of RnR with SeaChase. Our condo was top notch. Facilities and pools were clean and well kept. Looking forward to returning.

Very quiet, my family spent a lot of time at the beach. We enjoyed many great restaurants. The weather was hot but we enjoyed the cool afternoon showers. The staff was quite accommodating and polite, a good morning was always welcome. The facilites were more than adequate.

We've been coming to Orange Beach for 14 years and have always chosen a different location. We decided to give SeaChase a try and COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! It was clean, organized and met every need. View and location cannot be improved. If I could make one tiny suggestion it would be that adding one more barstool would be nice. Otherwise, we had absolutely no complaints. Management was always visible and responded immediately to a very small request we had upon arrival, and it was very clean! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

The condo was very clean, well appointed, and all technology worked (Wi-Fi, TV ). The view is spectacular! One issue is the balcony furniture. It is so rusted out the paint/rust is flaking off. I would stay here again if this outdoor furniture was replaced.

Spectacular view from a nicely appointed condo. The entire complex is always well maintained. The weather was perfect and the staff was a pleasure to deal with! SeaChase is our favorite place to stay when we come to the Gulf coast.

Experience very good. There are some areas that need attention. 1) Floors were so dirty, our feet were black from walking on them. 2) Dishwasher "ON" button broken. 3) Ice maker overproducing ice & Noisy. 4) Balconey furniture very rusty & uncomfortable. Recommend replacing cushions &/or replacing set with a smaller set w/a lounger. 5) Freezer shelf has rust.

Great condo in the middle of Orange Beach. Very comfortable and spacious condo with great amenties on the top floor! The condo is across the street from great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping! You couldnt get a better condo for a family!

We arrived from Texas and always hit the grocery store the first night. Check in time is at 5 and we realized our refrigerator wasn’t working at all, but we’re told everyone went home at 5 snd we’d have to wait. So we had to dine out for dinner and all the next day when we had planned on being able to have food snd cook in the condo. At the end of our first day on the beach we came in to shower for dinner and had no hot water.
This is a nice condo snd we have stayed in this unit before, just wish things had been checked before our arrival or fixed sooner. Would live it if they would add dome board games for families!

We have been coming to Seachase for almost twenty years. The location and property's amenities have met our needs perfectly over the years, starting with when our children were young to now when they are college aged.
We like having the on site management office and while we have never had major maintenance issues when we have questions we have received prompt assistance. We were disappointed in the new check in time of 5:00. This deprives us of our whole first day in the unit and yet the rental prices continue to climb.
This year we stayed in a unit located on the 16th floor. While the communal areas on the ground were spotless as usual, we noticed quite a bit of wear on the building. The exterior doors and carpet on our floor had unattractive stains we assumed were from moisture.
Inside the unit, we were disappointed that the interior master shower had mold stains on the tiles but the rest of the unit appeared clean. Initially we were not aware there were enough linens because there were none in the linen closets, only one set of towels hanging in each bathroom. Our son discovered mismatched extra towels and linens in bags on the floor of the guest room closet, so we weren't quite sure if we should use them (but we did). All that said, the view from the 16th floor master bedroom is without compare! We also enjoyed the updated decor.
We will continue to recommend Seachase and look forward to our next visit!

The views were fabulous from this condo, and the condo itself was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Two things to give attention to are the dishes (e.g., chips in plates; not full sets of matching plates) and issues with parking (not enough spaces).

We have stayed at Seachase before and once again this vacation did not disappoint! We had a wonderful stay at Seachase 1604W! The condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The views from the balcony, living area and master bedroom were gorgeous! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets, as well as towels in the bathroom.
The lobbies and grounds are very well maintained and always clean. Our kids, ages 3 and 5, especially love the zero entry pool and splash pad.
I was concerned about having long waits for the elevator every morning since we were on the 16th floor and there during the 4th of July, but this was never an issue.
It is very conveniently located right across the street from the grocery stores.
We really enjoyed our stay at Seachase and cannot wait to return!
